Tangerang LIVE is an Android application portal developed by the Tangerang City Government. It offers various features including LIVE News, LAKSA, Siap Kerja, SEGAR, e-Paper, and more.

• LAKSA Application
  The LAKSA (Layanan Aspirasi Kotak Saran Anda) application functions as a communication platform for receiving reports from the public. It enables quick response from relevant departments. Citizens can submit reports on issues such as traffic congestion, floods, waste accumulation, road damage, and other public service-related matters. Operators in the Tangerang LIVE Room will directly contact field officers for immediate follow-up. Once resolved, the issue will be documented and shared with the reporter.
• Emergency 112
  The Emergency 112 Service is a unified emergency call number that results from collaboration between the central government and local government. It provides emergency services for incidents such as fires, security concerns, and ambulance requests. This service is integrated with mobile operators and local service providers, allowing free access.
• Online Permit Application
  The Online Permit Application is a service that simplifies and expedites the process of applying for various permits. It helps avoid illegal fees associated with permits in Tangerang City.
• PBB Application
  The PBB Application includes various public service applications managed by the Tangerang Local Revenue Agency. Some of these applications include iPBB and Checking PBB Service Status.
